COVRA – Return & Refund Policy

At COVRA, we are dedicated to delivering a refined, premium experience with every order.
As our products fall under personal wear and hygiene-sensitive categories, we follow a strict quality-controlled return and refund policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product has been delivered
  • Product shows transit damage or packaging leakage

All claims must be supported with valid proof and raised within the defined timeline.


2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been used, worn, or tried
  • Tags, seals, or packaging are missing/tampered
  • Damage occurs due to improper handling after delivery
  • Requests are based on personal preference, fit issues, or change of mind

3. Return Request Timeline

  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Any request beyond this window will not be considered

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Email: support@covra.in (update if different)
  • Subject: Return Request – Order ID

Please include:

  • Clear product images
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for all claims)
  • Brief explanation of the issue

⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.


5. Verification & Resolution

  • Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days
  • Once approved, we will provide:
    • Replacement (priority)
    • Refund (only if replacement is unavailable)

COVRA reserves the right to approve or reject claims after verification.


6. Refund Process

Prepaid Orders:

  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Timeline: 5–7 working days after approval

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refund via UPI or bank transfer
  • Timeline: 5–10 working days after approval

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

If delivery is refused:

  • A ₹100–₹150 logistics fee may be deducted
  • Refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse

8. Important Guidelines

  • Do not accept packages that appear tampered or damaged externally
  • Ensure accurate address and contact details
  • COVRA is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information
